Kegel Exercises

The Kegel exercises activate the muscles that surround your scrotum and your anus region. Those are very small light muscles. The muscle of the penis is called corpus cavernosum, however, the muscle that helps with the erection and to last longer is called the ischiocavernosus because it brings in more blood flow. This muscle also helps with expelling semen when you ejaculate. Nonetheless, another muscle that helps with the erection as well is the bulbospongiosus muscle. So if you are a man and exercise those muscles, it will actually improve your bedroom performance and last longer before you ejaculate.

The Same Muscles When You Urinate

Fortunately, those are the same muscles that you use when you urinate. Therefore, you can practice with those muscles every time you urinate. While you are in the bathroom and the stream comes out, what you should do is stop the stream. Practice stopping it slowly, then relax those muscles and let the stream go down out again.

When you are in the bedroom and you feel that you're about to ejaculate, you can do the same exercise. You stop it as if you're stopping your urine because when you stop your urine, the same muscles that you use will also stop the semen from coming out. That way, you can have an orgasm but you don't have to ejaculate. Hence, you can last longer and have more satisfying sex.

The Muscles of The Penis

The muscles of the penis are called the corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosumwhich are under autonomic control meaning that you can't control it sometimes since they are under the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous systems. However, it also has some voluntary control. That's why, sometimes when a man's aroused and he gets an erection, he can't control it because it's an automatic thing.

Working Your Muscles is Key

If you're not exercising those muscles, now you know how to do it. It is fairly simple to do with a lot of benefits. The penis muscle is sometimes not under voluntary control, but it is a muscle so if you don't use it, you're going to lose it.

Use it at least three times a week either solo or with a partner, but use it. If you don't use it, it's gonna start getting smaller and scarred down. Then, when you actually want it to work, it may not work well for you because you haven't used it in a while.

Final Thoughts

Your penis is a muscle that needs to be exercised. Don't let it sit for months and then expect it to perform at a level. So take your penis to the gym either solo or with a partner.
